"Oh come on, you old wet blanket, you!" Flint chuckled, knowing the fiery Mars Djinni far too well to be taken in by its aggressive behavior. "It'll be fun! ... And would you rather I didn't invite you?"

Fever flushed with heat and irritation. "I... uh... well, look, I have to keep you out of danger, don't I? It’s not going to be fun, and I’m not going to enjoy it just because you’re there! ... idiot."
